Several web browsers are available on the Unix and Linux systems. The browser we recommend and support on both linux and Tru64 is firefox.

• SL4 ships with firefox 1.x, but a locally-installed Firefox 2 is also available by the command firefox2.
• SL5 linux ships with firefox 3 by default.
• Tru64 has firefox 2.x.

Some linux systems may also have Microsoft Internet Explorer available, as part of the Crossover Office installation, but we do not recommend or support its use.
